| I click new download and check the box that says youtube videos, and when i type in the youtube url and hit ok a window comes up that says "error:'-1' could not download this file". I've tried multiple different videos as well as not checking the box for youtube vids and the error still comes up and doesn't download. This is my first time tryin to use this software so i'm very confused about why it doesnt work.
